Mixed greens and brown rice topped with herb-roasted salmon, purple cabbage, avocado, cucumbers, and sesame seeds — served with our house-made sesame ginger dressing. All catering trays include dressing on the side, fresh-baked focaccia, serving spoons, plates, napkins, and utensils.
